I need to move due to a job change. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment up for a 2 month sub lease.
The rent I will charge is 700.00 a month. I pay 837.00 but I am willing to pay a portion of the rent to get someone in here ASAP (BTW this is a cheaper price than the 1 bedroom apts here).
There is 1,200 sq ft of room.
The unit it located at on Eagle's Landing Parkway in a very nice neighborhood.
NO PETS
Water, Sewer, Trash , Cable & Pest Control is included in rent price.
You are responsible for Electric, Telephone and Internet.
I use Charter internet to go along with the free Charter cable because it is convenient, but I suppose you could hook up DSL if you wanted to.
My lease runs until Oct 16th 2007. So this Unit is only available for 2 months.
I require that you pay the first rent UP FRONT so I know that you are good for your money and that you are responsible person I can trust and not RUIN my credit if you choose to be delinquent on paying rent...
Total for move in: $ 700 although I would prefer 1400 up front if possible.
All basic appliances in kitchen, electric stove, microwave, garbage disposal etc. Full balcony with a great view of the lake behind the apartment and an outside storage room. This particular apartment is in a pristine location because it is on the third floor at the very back of the property facing the lake with no annoying street lights shining through the blinds like the units in front have. With the third floor comes a beautiful fireplace and wonderful arched ceilings. It is always peaceful and quiet at night time, and no issues with noisy neighbors etc either. Both bedrooms have their own spacious bathrooms, and each has its own walk-in closet. Beige carpet and linolieum in wet areas.
WASHER AND DRYER not included but there are great facilities at the front of the apartment complex.
This location puts you close to everything you need, but stays in a quiet part of Henry County at the same time, great if you work in Atlanta and want to get away from there when you go home, which is the reason I chose this place originally :)
I will leave this apartment in move in condition, extremely clean and I expect it to look that way upon you moving out.
If you like the place than Im sure you would be able to sign your own lease with the leasing staff here.
