I maintain a clean, quite, comfortable home. My last roommate moved out because, his company offered him a much better position out of town, now I am left to find someone new.

Other than than pay your rent and utilities and have a nice life. You will have the Master Suite with its own bathroom, walk-in closet and celiling fan. I am private and quite. I work about 45 hours a week and when I get home I mostly sleep, or watch tv. Yes, its simple, but I am happy.
