This is an antique Singer sewing machine in excellent condition! It is model 99- with serial number #AM495843. Singer records show that this machine's serial number was manufactured at the Singer Sewing Company’s Elizabethport Factory in Elizabeth, New Jersey in an allotment on April 27, 1956.
This machine is in great physical and working condition! Even the light works! A manual for this machine can be downloaded from the Singer Company website without cost here… http://www.singerco.com/accessories/manuals.html. I am including the button hole attachment that comes in it’s own case. The machine is in a portable box style case for easy transport. The box is a little tattered on the corners, but in good condition overall! This little machine is a treasure! You will be thrilled!
